Bassmedia strive to build you website/presence to the best of its ability, within the specified deadline and to the professional quality of all Bassmedia's previous sites and work.
If a website build goes over the agreed deadline due to Bassmedia, then Bassmedia will strive to achieve the site as a finished entity, at the earliest convenience of the client.
In all cases, Bassmedia will keep the client in constant communication with the work process.
If a website or other related works carried out by Bassmedia for a client has been completed, then the full payment for said work is expected to be paid within 28 days of site/work completion.
If the client Bassmedia has performed work for cannot/has not paid for the specified work within a 28 day period, then Bassmedia can suspend the website or work until the full payment is made.
If work carried out for a client by Bassmedia cannot be completed due to the client not supplying content or assets to finish the work within a reasonable time of the start of work(this being up to 6 weeks), then Bassmedia reserve the right to hold/suspend the site/work until assets and final payment are given for the work/site.
